There is no Hope for homeowners the whole purpose of assistance are to save the homeowner from foreclosing. I’m angry my lender is willing to let my refinance my home at what it is currently worth that is from $321k to $119k including the second that is on the house. But I can’t find a lender to process a FHA loan for me. I hope 2009 will be better. So I’m stuck stuggling.

There are several options available to you… FHA Secure, Hope for Homeowners, and depending upon your current lender. A loan modification is also available, I just help someone out with this.

My current lender is willing to let me refiniance my current loan for what the house is currently worth if I could find a FHA lender. My credit scores are low and I am trying to prevent foreclosure. I need help.

as for my self i had been trying for 2 years to buy a home for my children to grow up in and i finaly got it but i was told your payment was going to be 424 a month they didnt tell me about the extra 150 for insurance then escrow until after we sighned all papper work then the last thing was oh yeah you will have to send in 654 amonth total. that blew my mind .so we tryed and done without foe over a year never late until our income got sliced into.then we fell behind .we are hoping and praying not to loose our house we worked so hard for so i hope there is a program for people like me to not loose their houses even if it means for me to loose mine if it can save at least a few more familys it would be worth it. i desparatly dont want to loose mine but if i had a choice keep yours and 10 familys will loose theres or loose yours and save 10 then i choose save 10 familys. people need help someone please help the little people save their homes.
